He is a Professor of Department of Zoology, Jagannath
University, Bangladesh and adviser of Sharklab Bangladesh. He has successfully
completed Ph.D. from Yokohama National University, Japan. He has conducted
research on “Mechanisms Structuring the Pelagic Microbial Food Web with
Seasonal Aspects - Influence/Important of Resources and Predation” in the field
of “Environment and Natural science” and M.Sc. in Aquaculture
from Wageningen University, Netherlands, 2002. He has researched on “The effect
of active resuspension with low protein feed on water quality and fish
production (Cyprinus carpio L.)”. He has published many fundamental
research articles on national and international peer-review journal. He is a
good adviser. He was achieved Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship
Program (1999-2001). He was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
DR. MD MUZAMMEL HOSSAIN
He
is a Research Scientist/Chief of Department" (8/10) of Sharklab Bangladesh
under Sharklab International (Vo/0298). Sharklab is a European
Association for Research and Conservation cartilage verse fish - Sharklab (Sqaq
Il-Forn, Hamrun, Malta, HMR 1961 EU) - Department Sharklab with ADRIA card
number BG-01/16. He successfully completed postdoctoral fellowship in environmental science and engineering from Jiangsu University, China. Dr Hossain earned his Ph.D. degree from Huazhong Agricultural University, Wuhan, China. As a part of his doctoral research, he has focused on crayfish ecology or chemical ecology research that exhibited at physiological, biochemical and molecular levels. He has published many
fundamental research articles on national and international peer-review
journal. He is working on freshwater and marine water fish, shellfish shark and
conservation biology. He has researched on "Inventory of biodiversity in
the Buriganga and Turag River". He has celebrated World Fish Migration Day
Bangladesh 2014 and 2016 events as a coordinator from Bangladesh and got
''Happy Fish'' from international headquarters Afsluitdijk, Netherlands as an
international symbol to buildup awareness on restore of fish migration
routes. He has born in Mymensingh,
Bangladesh. He has research interest on Marin and freshwater fish, Limnology and Oceanography,
Fish Biology, Fish diseases, Aquaculture, Dolphins and Biodiversity conservation etc.
NUR ALAM
He is a Volunteer of Sharklab Bangladesh. He has successfully completed Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons.) in Zoology in 2013 and Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Zoology (Fisheries) in 2015 from Department of Zoology, Jagannath University, Bangladesh. He has conducted dissertation on “Taxonomic Study on Crabs Collected from Saint Martin’s Island and Adjacent Area, Bangladesh”. He has researched as a research assistant with MFF project, from Feb 2014 to December 2014. His father’s name: Abdul Khalaque, Mother’s Name: Rahela Begum. He has born in the Village - Mohish Mury; PO- Sundar (5450); PS- Pirgachha; Dist- Rangpur, Bangladesh on 5th July, 1988. His research interest on aquatic animal, marine life and environment.
MD FAJLUL HAQUE SHOJIB
He is a Volunteer of Sharklab Bangladesh. He has successfully completed Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons.) in Zoology in 2015 and Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Zoology (Fisheries) in 2016 from Department of Zoology, Jagannath University, Bangladesh. He has conducted dissertation on “Heavy metal concentration in river water and liver, kidney, intestine and muscle of P. ticto, H. fossilis and C. punctatus in the Buriganga and Turag River System and health risk assessment of human as well as fish”. He has born at Village: Fenchuan, UP: Shanthia, District: Pabna, Bangladesh on 27 May 1990. He has participated Soft skills and IT Training program under BCC and World Bank Project, 2015. He worked as a Volunteer in migratory bird festival in 2014. He has research interest on fisheries resources, aquatic animal, Toxicology and biodiversity.
A. B. M. ZAFARIA
He is a Volunteer of Sharklab Bangladesh. He has successfully completed Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons.) in Zoology in 2016 and Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Zoology (Fisheries) in 2017 from Department of Zoology, Jagannath University, Bangladesh.
